I ordered RAM for my laptop over a week ago because it has gotten so slow with Elements that I just want to strangle myself.
(It came today!!!)
AND my tech-savvy brother, Cammeron , just so happened to have time to come put it in for me! It must be my lucky day. So of course, I had to try it out and see if it made any difference, right?
This is the result:
In 30 minutes. Now, we're talking. I can get something done, ya know? Before I spent SO much time just waiting on the computer. Doing this page I was shocked to realize how much time I had been wasting just waiting...... waiting...... for the computer to do it's thing. Now it's as fast as I think. (which is slower on some days, but today it's pretty fast). I may never scrap on the desktop again. It's a good thing I got that external hard drive the other day... its going to be worth it's weight in gold. :)The moral of the story is get yourself some good RAM. And, I owe this page to my phenomenal brother. THANK YOU (if he reads this...)
